For beginners and not only! How to download TE-Lite.

I would like to hold a tournament in January-February of next year using the 8mm6 template. However, it requires at least a TE-lite setting to prevent slow roads from being generated. We could use a system similar to hockey: first, a round-robin tournament with 8 players, followed by a playoff (like an Olympic-style tournament) for the same 8 players. The top half of the table in the round-robin stage will be matched with players from the bottom half. What do you think? Will we be able to get 8 players on the forum?
