For beginners and not only! How to download TE-Lite.

I would like to organize a tournament in January-February of next year using the 8mm6 map. However, it requires at least TE-lite to prevent slow roads from being generated. I propose a system similar to hockey: first, a round-robin tournament with 8 players, followed by a playoff (similar to an Olympic-style tournament) for the same 8 players. The top half of the players in the round-robin stage will be paired with players from the bottom half. What do you think? Will we be able to gather 8 players on the forum?
