For beginners and not only! How to download TE-Lite.

Here, they talk about the conservatism of SOD players, using phrases like: "when a person (spiritually) grows to the level of TE, they should have the right to play with the strongest pros on the tournament version," and at the same time, they wonder why such topics lead to nothing but arguments...

I'll speak for myself. After listening to everything that was said here, I have absolutely no desire to download and try TE-Lite. All the arguments and advantages listed by the defenders and proponents of this version are irrelevant:
- Second-level building? Why? This is far from a decisive factor; rather, it's a plus that adds variety to the game.
- 3 stacks? Sometimes it's nice to start with 4 Valesk archers and get out of a difficult situation and win. Again, this greatly diversifies the Gameplay and forces you to use your brain.
- Chess clocks? That's definitely not for me. I have no complaints about the time taken for moves by any of my regular opponents.
In general, it turns out that reducing the number of clicks during transfer (which, by the way, has already been resolved in SOD - thanks to vbn) in Lite turns into frantic clicking during combat?
- The ability to set road types, the absence of morale, a buffed stack, etc. - all of this simplifies the game, smoothing it out towards linearity, and I don't need that. I love SOD for its roughness!
If these nuances bother someone, they've probably been playing Full for a long time. But the problem is that some of them, sometimes with extraordinary pomp, criticize SOD, supposedly showing its inferiority, and that's just not right!

It was also rightly noted that Lite still needs to be installed, settings need to be discussed (which again leads to arguments), and this will clearly deter newcomers. But when they see that everyone, including the "pros," is playing their "home version," which they may have even played the campaign in, they will be much more likely to switch to online.
