What is the first thing you do in the morning after you wake up?

Winamp needs to be urgently replaced with an alarm clock that has an unpleasant and loud sound. You can't wake up to music; it's like a lullaby :) It's best to place/put the alarm clock so that it's out of reach, even if you get up a little :)
