No way: among TE players, only Vic fundamentally refuses to play SoD (since he came specifically to TE, not SoD); among SoD players — read the posts above.

Tournament on lite: again, the prospects are doubtful, because in most cases games on it are a compromise between a SoD player and a TE player who respect their opponent and are ready for these very compromises. Otherwise, a TE player would prefer to play full, a SoD player — SoD; there aren't that many people who specifically love lite, although the number seems to be growing.
