For beginners and not only! How to download TE-Lite.

Here's a noob question: Is TE-full and TE-lite the same game with different settings, or do I need to download each one separately?

It's the same game with different settings.

They are installed similarly - you download the basic version of TE (link in Forest's signature), and then, depending on what you want, you either upload the Lite settings or the RP settings.

But the difference is significant, so it makes sense to keep 2 DATA folders - one for Lite and one for Full. In fact, that's how I have them on my computer - DATA_light and DATA_full. Before a specific game, I simply rename the one I need to DATA and play.
