I absolutely support this proposal.
It will create a new strategy in the form of replacing Skeletons with Vampires, which at first glance is less unbalanced.
And the fact that Vampires are not as strong in Hero battles (as they will try to kill them first) is compensated by using Vampires for battles with Neutrals.
