Options 1 and 3 = THAT'S IT. No patch will be accepted by the community. You could, of course, allow skeletons to be disbanded. But then arguments will start, like "I lost 10 skeletons in battle, raised 15, and disbanded only 5, so it's like I won without losses." But that's also an option.

Or maybe we should really prohibit leveling up native Necropolis heroes? Completely prevent leveling up Necromancers. Even if the starting hero is Galtron, the player should play as a NON-Necromancer. - option 4
This option, by the way, will fix the Necropolis strategy for other factions.
