Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I don't clean up at all. Everything is methodically organized into folders.

I have three sections.
The first one (the smallest - 50 GB) is, of course, the operating system.
The second and third are 450 GB each.
One is terribly full, a complete mess. It stores pictures, music, most of the games, and all sorts of random files.
The other is a sanctuary. Two folders - Games and Video. In "Games" there are only two folders - Resident Evil (a total of seven games, four movies, a ton of pictures, soundtracks, and Wesker's Report) and Dragon Age: Origins.
In "Video," as you can guess, there's all sorts of video, from clips to entire seasons of various TV shows (Friends, Heroes, South Park, etc.).
Everything is neat and tidy.
