Should the starting hero for Necropolis be chosen randomly?

I like the option of banning Gosha for the starting lineup, but with the possibility of choosing another hero.
Tamika, Clavius, and Tant are also good alternatives, and there's a specialist in witches there.
And if Gosha comes in second (5th or 10th), there should be no bans on him – Necropolis players should be able to choose him too.
