Should the starting hero for Necropolis be chosen randomly?

Similarly, force the game to start with a random hero for the Fortress faction. Without the Elves, Ivora will have a harder time getting started.

Remove Kirra from the starting options, but otherwise leave everything as is, because everyone picks him and complains. Ivora is the best!!!:smile03:
