I think in such cases, it's worth discussing what "newbie" means.
Is it someone who's playing Heroes for the first time, or someone who's new to HW but has experience in tournaments, even if they were offline, and possesses basic skills and knowledge of the game?
Because "newbie" is an abstract concept.
