Stop. There's no need to confuse the names of organizations... No one mentions or intends to involve the AC (Appellate Commission); they have plenty of work in their own area... I meant, and generally wrote in the relevant thread, who should be involved in this OC and ABI.
P.S. You yourself admit that you can't resolve all issues - although you would like to... In general, you can decide on a specific tournament, but for the future - this is a separate matter.
