Actually, in 3.1, there will be more interesting matchups than in 2.1 or 1.6. The mechanics of the fifth installment allow for finding tactics that the developers didn't even plan for. I agree with the list, although I didn't find a pair like Jalib-Dira, for example. That pair is old and overused, but still, or Jalib-Ayra. And there are too few Orcs. Surely, someone who knows how to use them best can find some decent and interesting pairings among the Orcs, for example, Shaka-Ora or Shaka-Sinit?
