To clarify the rules: if Shakti or Galtran arrive at tavern 111 with an army of more than 1 unit, it's a mandatory restart; in all other cases, they can be used without restrictions. And I don't know how people will react, but I'll also introduce a rule for mages, identical to the rule from the "Sword vs. Magic" tournament: I just overlooked it; I wanted to write it right away because I'm in favor of introducing it on a permanent basis (with an agreement, you can play with standard rules with mandatory guild scouting, but if at least one of the players is against it, you play according to the tournament rules, so I recommend discussing this before the draft).
