They didn't look good at all. They just unexpectedly started the match. But what dividends did they get from it? Corner kicks, during which none of them even touched the ball? Shots wide of the goal? Sure, go ahead. Not a single shot even came close to the goal. The first shot on goal, as I already said, was in the 70th minute from thirty meters. Slovenia had no chance.

But this isn't Slovenia's fault, but rather the merit of the Russians :) They withstood the initial pressure. By the way, as I already wrote during the match, in the first half, the Russians created chances solely through individual actions. That same goal was more due to Diniyar's individual skill than the entire team.

But something was definitely felt throughout the match, and that was that Russia is already stronger in terms of class and that they still have room for improvement.
