I am also publishing the landscape editing program I wrote. Some purely visual effects of my map were created with it. It is available on the website, along with a description. My website is www.phomm.narod.ru
I also used a hexadecimal editor and the H3objed program to create the map - www.grayface.chat.ru, author sergroj.

If there are any serious errors, please send the details to my email address. I tried to fix some of the map testing issues, but only about 40%. I tested it mostly myself, so I might have easily overlooked some mistakes.
