Necropolis or Castle (Which one is stronger?)

Morale modifiers are easily removed with a single artifact. Liches and vampires aren't that expensive, although they are more expensive than Crusaders and Monks. However, the undead have money due to the low cost of dragons and the lack of need to buy skeletons. So, it balances out in a one-on-one comparison.
