3rd offline tournament

The main question: on which version will the 3rd tournament be held?

The starting save will be generated on the latest version of TE available at that time, however, the gameplay will be as close as possible to SoD.

Regarding combining tournaments - time will tell.
As far as I understand, many people still play in the Heroes League, for example. Everyone decides for themselves, but I think my fellow countryman is right, and "Knights" won't take up much time for those who play fairly.
