In theory, a rest is taken because of dissatisfaction with the starting respawn, including having only one road to ГО or a strong block on the road. But if you take them for any reason or no reason at all (like: 1 stack for Shakti or Valky, an unbuilt second level, didn't get free elves, bad art, mine is too far away, etc.), naturally, you risk ending up in the same old hole. This isn't chess. This is SoD. There is no balance

I don't know about you, but I prefer playing over resting
