regular "Sergeant" tournament

Since there were many more willing participants, the organizers, after discussing it with the participants, created another group (see post 2) – Dubrovin moves there as the first seed. The groups have been formed, and you can now arrange matches and play. Changes to the regulations (again, as a result of a collective brainstorming session) – as before, 2 people from each group advance, plus 2 third-place winners based on the best results – but the playoffs will now start with the quarterfinals, not the semifinals (as before) – see post 1 for details – tournament regulations.
