You can still counter the Orc summon, especially by using mines and Phantom, but only in a long game. If it's earlier, the Orc, with its attack (where all its stats go), will destroy the Mage... maybe by that time, you won't have enough Haffiz to take down its units, and they'll attack with luck, and if it's even worse, your entire kingdom will be doomed. Note that if the hero is Haghesh, your Haffiz has a 70% chance of failing because the units will deal full damage. Moreover, according to your words, you can upgrade the Orc's summon and "Return to the Void," and even a Phoenix will have difficulty after two hits and will fall... or your army will simply be destroyed, while the Phoenix remains alive. In my opinion, it's better to upgrade Haffiz against the Orc and focus on Darkness; then, the Orc will be in trouble.
