I only brought up the MMORPG as an example, but the core idea remains the same. A level 1 character is useless but has potential. A level 99 tank pumped with intelligence is useless and has no potential. Similarly, a 1-year-old is useless but has potential. And a 50-year-old standing at the same point is useless and pointless.
