Guys, I've been trying for 2 days to play with a friend over the internet, but nothing works. We have absolutely identical versions of the game (from the same disc): 1st - Heroes 3 Complete Collection, version 4.0, 2nd - The Shadow of Death 3.2. Neither Hamachi nor a direct TCP/IP connection works; the player cannot see the host's IP address. I understand that we both have stable external IPs and live in the same city. Please help!!! :smile12:
Oh, and yes, we've disabled firewalls and antivirus programs...
P.S. My friend says that in Hamachi, there's an exclamation mark next to my IP address, and in the information tab under the summary, the VPN status shows an error. Could this be the reason...?
