Proper development.

After numerous failures at the beginning of the game, and after losing several times, I decided to ask experienced players for advice on how to develop best, which buildings to construct first, which units to recruit early on, when to build the training ground, and which heroes to level up. In general, please share your experience. P.S.: Paladins are the best!
