Okay, Lok, so you and your friend read a joke/watched some obscure movie/played some computer game/or something else, and you found some phrase there. You liked it/you reworked it into something funny/intentionally made it incorrect but amusing/or something else, and then you sometimes use this phrase in context. People around you look at you like you're idiots, but you still find it funny because only you understand what it's about. The same probably applies to Ghost's phrase; naturally, that's why it's inappropriate, like a phrase in a signature.
