I think that saving and reloading once or twice is much easier and faster.

Sometimes, save-loading doesn't help. This phenomenon is somewhat similar to "pseudo-random number generator bias" (PRNG bias); in fact, PRNG bias is one of the specific cases of this phenomenon. But the problem has been solved ;)
