Upgrade or alternative upgrade?

Usually, I take Archangels because of their increased damage... but I remember noticing the damage of Seraphs, so I started to doubt which one to choose. Maybe the minimum damage is 25, but the maximum is 75... plus the Inquisitors' divine power and their own Vengeance ability... and I recommend taking Seraphs if you have the Luck perk.
