World tournament for Heroes 1!

As of today, we have received 5 emails with submitted save files:

Andrey (from 10.11.2009), size 104 KB;
AlexSpl (from 10.11.2009), size 105 KB;
Havr (from 10.11.2009), size 104 KB.

I remind the organizers (Szilupa, Sub-Zro, Dust, VDV_forever) that it is forbidden to open emails sent to [email protected] before the end of the tournament (i.e., before 27.10.2009)!

I encountered an unpleasant bug: in the tavern, duplicate heroes from our tavern and even from other AI taverns can be present. Here's what happened: I'm about to take an AI castle, I skip my turn, and a hero from my tavern attacks me from the AI castle! That's how it was :) It wasn't during a week change.

I hope you made a save file of this bug. :smile41: It would be interesting to take a look. And is it different from bug #3 described in the reference?

I also suggest reviewing point 2.3 of the current rules:

Sometimes, a hero's parameters and the experience of a defeated AI hero are equal to the starting values. But there are spells in the book. Why not allow buying such heroes, provided that they cannot use these spells? Sometimes it's just annoying when a hero from an AI appears in the tavern, and in another slot, there's a Knight who is completely unnecessary!

It's possible to allow it, but it's very tedious to check. I think it's much easier and faster to load a save once or twice. ;)
