Necromancers – “Assault” [Campaign 3, Mission 2]

PLEASE!! HELP!!!
I assembled a decent army (234 skeleton archers; 34 liches; 11 women in cloaks; 2 shadow dragons...)
but I can't capture Hikam =___=....
They sting me with an ice shard and lightning bolt...
WHAT TO DO????!!!!
They killed me 100 (!!!) times!!!
and if I start building an army, they attack me...
MAGIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
