The following conclusion can be drawn: using any Hero and any of the cities of the trio (Tower, Necropolis, Conflux), the Human wins against the Computer at almost the same rate. There is a slight dependence on randomness, especially when Conflux is at its maximum.
I believe that in most matches, subtle and imperceptible advantages play the most significant role, and it is the knowledge of these advantages that helps an experienced player achieve victory.
