What if some of the factions were combined?

The first time I played Spore, I laughed until I cried. In subsequent playthroughs, the laughter turned into hysterical giggling, but even that eventually subsided... By the way, how do you manage to laugh menacingly? I do it like this: BUU-uu-uu... Ga-ga-ga-ga... *cough*... *ahem*... *ahem*.
