Blood Oath

I love challenging maps; usually, I find them easy, but this one is genuinely difficult on the "Hero" difficulty (I disabled megaAI based on advice from the readme). In my opinion, the camera rotates too slowly in the initial cutscene; it could definitely be made a bit faster. Where can I find the peasant with the second dwarven hammer (from the quest involving the necromancer's cloak)? Is it worth taking the "Summon Death" ability in leadership (all joined neutral creatures are immediately converted into undead), or is it pointless since all creatures around the castle are either already undead or alive and cannot be joined, immediately attacking instead? Is there a mentor on the map? Can you build a creature converter to turn creatures into undead in the castle?
