General points:

It gives the impression of some kind of parody. It feels like the setting was simply written as a joke. There is absolutely no sense of the serious attitude that should be present, especially from the GM (and specifically from him, not necessarily from the players).
As for the structure, there is simply nothing to be gained from the cities in this version.

Regarding the details:

A drug is a potent psychotropic substance that kills body cells.
ND – Murder
Pathogenicity: negative.

Nicotine is a type of drug.

One player is a variety of another?) It will be especially funny if they are of different genders or if there is a significant age difference (then one is practically a child to the other:D).

ND – once every two nights, it causes infection of cells (when it hits a red blood cell, it makes the latter's pathogenicity negative).

It's just awful. + its DD as well.

In general, the game is Just for Fun, so to speak.

This is very worrying. As I wrote above, for players, it's just for fun, but for you, it's a serious matter.
