There's a new problem with the reputation system; it seems to be malfunctioning.
This issue is indeed present, and we are currently working on resolving it.
Everything is correct there. There's just a bug with the VISUAL display. When you give a positive rating, it sometimes visually shows both a positive and a negative rating at the same time, but the reputation is calculated correctly.
