Antivirus software is essential for safe internet browsing.

Kaspersky has nothing to do with it. And a blue screen isn't a reason to reinstall Windows.

I have many programs for restoring the system without reinstalling, and I have experience in restoring, but... I've tried everything, and it didn't help.

And, in my opinion, viruses are written by those who can't express themselves in anything else. I can understand when a virus steals money or information, but to just ruin a computer for no reason, what's the point? And if someone needs to disrupt a system, they should do it personally, rather than causing innocent users to suffer.
