Wednesday 12:00 -- the draw takes place, then the organizers post the results on the website, and the players arrange among themselves when it is convenient for them to play until the next draw (this period coincides with one day off))).

By the way, Moscow held the qualifying round for Krasnodar-2004 in exactly this way.
At that time, either the 2nd or 3rd place winners were provided with free round-trip travel and accommodation at the expense of the prize fund (I'm not sure about meals).
The other Moscow players could come at their own expense, but the top players were unconditionally admitted to the main bracket, while the rest had to go through the qualification... but this was only for members of the Chaos League, a co-founder of Krasnodar.

As for players from other cities, they thought about it... however, besides Samurai, no one else seemed to apply. Well, in my opinion, there are more disadvantages to a 3-day event for local players, and an important fact is that it is difficult to find a decent club in Moscow for the entire 3 days!!!!! All the express Tournaments (for the same five games, together with Nival) took one day (somewhere from 11 am to 7 pm), but there was a duel format, and in the end, they had to hold about 4 of them... not counting the final, for which they found a super demo room with 4 large screens!...... :)

P.S. Either Asus or Gigabyte held a tournament in Moscow for the same five games - they crammed players from other cities into such a dump!!! Although the budget was probably not small... the games lasted only 2 days, but the conditions in which the guys lived were not inspiring :( but beer helped :D
