No, it can't. Only Chaos and Dark magic can be reflected. In general, you can use single-target spells against Jaleel, but for that, you need immunity to that spell. For example, Helm has Shock and Slow, Erin has Slow, and the Necromancers have Plague, Berserk, and so on. Only these spells can be reflected on mages. Although, I think everyone knows that.
