Does anyone know how to create (or download) a mod that would add a caravan to the original game?
In the original game? Do you mean the very first part of Heroes 5, where there are still 6 campaigns? There are no caravans there; they only appeared in Hammers of Fate, I think. You just need to install it. Otherwise, there's no way to do it.
