Balance changes:
- Restart option for a player who has no path to the central treasure and/or no path to their home town. This is applied on the day the issue is discovered.

By the way, why is a restart an option on the balance map due to the treasure path? If one player doesn't have a path to it, the other player won't either. There's no imbalance here, and in certain scenarios, the Golden Orb can only be found on day 114-115, for example, on slow roads. This just delays the game.
