Here's what I think. Luchik has the Phoenix Order clan, and her userbar has two eggs. And she really has a dark blue-black avatar. So I think she's the alchemist!

But the fact that Luch is an alchemist is already "known" by everyone. There's no point in just executing her; she lost her Non-Aggression Pact. So consider her as being out of the game.
