[ANOTHER FLAME WAR] Are dragons overpowered or not?

Actually, I don't really like those childish drawings, like the ones by Verovolka. Cute little dragons, etc. =/ It's the appearance that bothers me. In fairy tales or cartoons, they usually depict some peaceful people and some bad, ugly creatures (i.e., they are different). I think this is not right because it creates a kind of racism from childhood. One race is bad, and the other is good, although in every race, there are good and bad people. P.S. I'm talking about children's fairy tales, not about walking corpses that can no longer think and simply obey their master.
