Hostor's userbar features a clock (specifically a clock, not a speedometer) :) One of its hands (the thinnest one) points to 8 o'clock!
If anyone has ever used a regular mechanical alarm clock, they'll remember that to set it, you need to position the thin hand (which controls the wake-up time) to a specific time, in this case, 8 o'clock. Then, you press a button and wait for the hour and minute hands to reach 8:00. And then... you wake up to the piercing sound of the alarm clock :))

In short, execute Hostor for leaving an alarm clock set to 8 o'clock at the scene of the crime in Kostyan's house.
