And from a non-objective perspective: aggressive behavior, possibly related to the fact that they were going to hang the wrong person + initially (when only Revan and Hos were candidates), the Sorceress didn't particularly insist on anyone's execution, only gave her vote to Revan "for show." But when Magnus suddenly appeared, she started trying her best to convince everyone to execute him. Those who were going to be hanged at that moment joined her, and it was very beneficial for them.
As for Magnus, due to the evidence, I don't rule out his guilt, but here's the problem - the accusation is based on his behavior, which I think is quite normal given his personality. So, for me, Magnus hasn't earned a place on the gallows yet.
