Fantasy vs. Science Fiction

I was watching The Ring of the Nibelung, where a guy killed a dragon, washed in its blood, and became invulnerable.
The movie wasn't that great, but I really liked the Northern princess. Also, the king's brother is cool, he walks around with a falcon.
