It was a tough fight :smile10:

Week 1: Near my home stables, a prison is guarded by 20+ upgraded Harpies on the side - I lost one dog and one goblin each - then that damn Aiden shows up with twenty Imps :mad: Lots of gold scattered around. The path up is again blocked by 20+ upgraded Harpies behind the obelisk - I go around... :mad: There's one Griffin Conservatory, I'm thinking about a restart. On day 113, my own Terek arrives from the prison. The passage to the green secondary is guarded by 20+ Ogre Magi - a bit scary. Then the noob lights up half my spawn with a view spell - there are also 2 Griffin Conservatories and an external dwelling of Behemoths :smile44: I forget about the secondary, rush to the external dwelling, picking up 3 free defense boosts along the way, cleared some treasure chests. On day 116, I beat a horde of boars and enter the external dwelling. My ranks: 3 Birds, 1 Bear, 40 upgraded Goblins, 10 Dogs, and 5 Orcs. Because of damn morale, I lose everyone except the birds and bears - pretty decent overall. At home: 1-2-5-7 in the castle + the external Behemoth dwelling :smile41:
Week 2: Critically short on cash. I take 4 Bears, 5 Griffins, plus a chaff stack, and enter the first Griffin Conservatory - min :( But my opponent got a Log :rolleyes: On the second day, I go into the second Griffin Conservatory with 5 upgraded Serpent Flies, 7 Griffins, and 1 Angel - level 3 Horde, I lost all birds and 1 bear :mad: The Angel has 7 HP left. Then I take a minimal Necklace and another mini Conservatory. I split my army to go home to buy a spell book and visit the stables, then head to the green secondary. It's a Conflux. The metro is nearby - I'm camped on day 127 with Angels at the stables.
Week 3: Here, on the second day, we traded auto-combats (the opponent lost his Minotaurs, and I lost an Angel for nothing). For the 60 Gargoyles behind the gate, which only shot at my bears, I had to sacrifice one :mad: I grab the Shield +5, then the Sword +6 behind the Minotaurs, then the Sword +11 behind the Wasps :cool: From a horde of Trolls, I get 20 upgraded Cerberi from a Pandora's Box. Losing only a few singles, I take a max Dragon Fly Hive against 7 Azure Dragons. Then I split my army at the Conflux, and the noob loses 1 Angel to Genies while taking the Sphere of Air :mad: I head to the swamp treasure zone - there's a mini Dragon Fly Hive, I took the Cloak of Abjuration just in case, planning on a Dragon Utopia.
Week 4: The Pandora's Box gives all of level 5. At the very bottom, I missed the Sphere of Earth :( The Dragon Utopia falls easily against 2 Dimension Doors, but besides a Shield +12, nothing worthwhile dropped (Boots of Levitation, totally useless). According to the stats in the "Thieves' Lair", Crag Hack is better, but army strength fluctuates :smile32: I decide to hedge with magic, run for the Helm +10, and also have the noob take the Sphere of Earth. Good - Implosion deals 1.6k damage. On day 147, I spot Gretchen with a power stack up top - I can't reach him and run to the waterfall.
Day 211: Gretchen runs towards my castle but falls short by a couple of meters. Crag Hack, with 300+ mana, upgraded Bears, Griffins, Wyverns, and whatever other junk I could afford (sold everything down to zero...), attacks. Red has a whopping 400 upgraded Gremlins and 43 Wyverns :eek: Gretchen casts Implosion and kills 2 bears; I cast mine in return - kills 260 Gremlins. I hold everyone in place; the opponent also casts Meteor Shower and buys back :smile10: 35k gold was just right :)
Day 212: My turn to attack - I buy out everything and head towards Red - I fall just short of the main castle.
Day 213: I take the main castle and the swamp secondary. Killed off a few noobs.
Day 214: Gretchen runs down to my swamp treasure zone, where an artifact with 15% magic resistance and a Pandora's Box are left. On the very last cell, using Flight and Dimension Door, I finally catch the enemy:

Gretchen level 19 15-8-8-(70) In ranks: 47 Wyverns, 256 upgraded Gremlins, 15 Cornucopias (?), 30 Mages, 5 Giants, 24 upgraded Golems, and 8 upgraded Genies

On my first turn, I cast 1.7k damage on the Wyverns - half drop. Red casts Mass Haste and hits my birds and Behemoths. On my turn, the Naga Queens and Giants die from the Bears' claws... another Implosion on the upgraded Gremlins - they're dead. I finish off everything that's left. 4 Naga Queens are resurrected. Afterwards, 24 Golems remain - I get Armageddon. Left with 2 Angels, 5 Bears, and the chaff. Gretchen retreats to the tavern...:smile34:

Had a good runaround too

Week 1: Barely broke through to the swamp secondary for wood and upgraded Harpies (I hate them). There are stables. On day 117, I wanted to take a Dwarf Cottage, but it's a max with an upgraded stack. I camp there. At home, I barely built Bears in the Citadel. Only 5 Gremlins left.

Week 2: The Dwarf Cottage falls with minimal losses :smile54: I take the external Cyclops dwelling, take a Dragon Fly Hive, another Dragon Fly Hive, a mini Griffin Conservatory, go into the metro, there's another Dragon Fly Hive, clear the guard of a Dragon Utopia, and take yet another Dragon Fly Hive - in total I gathered 20 Wyverns.

Week 3: Another three Dragon Fly Hives, Boots + Gloves, a Dragon Utopia, all Air Magic from a Pandora's Box, the Dungeon secondary - there's a whirlpool. Another Dragon Fly Hive. The Griffin Conservatory falls to level 3.

Week 4: Upgrade Behemoths, another Dragon Utopia, I fly to Red and send Neela into the Void.
