I decided to organize a qualifying tournament in Barnaul (there's also an option for Novosibirsk, we can discuss it).

I don't think it matters much. It depends on people's willingness to travel.

1. Who would like to participate?

If the dates are during the New Year holidays, I will definitely participate. We need to think about the other dates.

A room in the "Altai" hotel (in the city center) for two people costs 800 rubles. Or a single room for 550. Toilet and shower are in the hallway.

Sasha, what is this nonsense? :confused: Why hotels? It's better to find out how much a 3-4 room apartment costs per day! It's much more fun and cheaper to live in an apartment!

3. I suggest TE-Light, with a limit of 1800+300 with battles. The people from Barnaul are in favor.

I thought about it, and I realized that TE-Light is the only way to agree on the dates in advance... A limit of 1800+300 will allow us to play 2 games a day, and in an organized way, not like in Kyiv (no offense to the participants). I think it's worth playing a game and if it takes longer than 4-5 hours, we should postpone it and finish it later!
