Siberian qualifier.

I've decided to organize a qualifying tournament in Barnaul (with Novosibirsk as an alternative, we can discuss it). Therefore, I have a few questions for the respected online players. 1. Who would like to participate? The financial expenses will be: Today, I checked the prices in Barnaul. A room for two in the "Altai" hotel (in the city center) costs 800 rubles. Or a single room for 550. Toilet and shower are in the hallway. There are rooms in the same hotel with a toilet and sauna, but they are more expensive. Playing at the club from 9 am to 10 pm costs 240 rubles. A good lunch at a cafe costs 100 rubles. The minimum cost will be: Room - 400 Club - 240 Food - 200 Drinks - 160 TOTAL - 1000 rubles per day Plus train/bus fare to and from Barnaul. Once we decide on the date, I will draw a map and provide a link to it. 2. What dates are convenient for everyone? We can start from January 3rd. 3. I propose a TE-lite format, with a limit of 1800+300 with battles. The players from Barnaul are in favor. I would like to hear other opinions. Reducing the SOD time to 2 minutes won't significantly speed things up because the time in SOD doesn't count during battles. Also, it's not realistic to transfer troops along the chain in 2 minutes, although maybe the Chinese can help, but it's not guaranteed.
