The calculation of unit numbers primarily depends on the following factors:
1. What week of the game is it?!
2. What objects or which objects are they guarding?!
3. The amount of health the unit has?!
4. The level of the creatures?!

But primarily, the calculation is based on the experience of the player...
For example, in the tournament in Kyiv, I personally cleared a group of ogre-cannibals on day 113. Our main observer and fan, SMOLLEST, was sitting nearby and strongly advised against touching them, as there could be up to 49 of them. To which I replied, taking into account the factors mentioned above, there could be between 32 and 38. When I attacked, there were 34. This fortress with 15 grand units and a gnome shield was cleared with the loss of only 8 units. Thanks for your attention!!!
