Dwarf vs. Wingayel (Lands of Outcasts)

Have you tried this tactic already? If so, against whom and what was the result?

I thought Dwarves aren't magical, will Armageddon be strong enough? Will they manage to defeat me before I can act? Especially considering that almost all of Wingard's troops will strike first?
